Something not right? No problem. Let us know and we’ll fix it straight away. Here at CuddlyKiddie™, we make returns simple, easy and quick.
1) You have 60 days to return your purchase from the date you received your item(s).
2) All returns must be in new condition with all tags attached and unused. Please note, while we’d love to take back “gently used” goods, we can’t. There are plenty of places to find a good home for them, though!
3) Contact our Customer Service team about your return at email@example.com In your correspondence, please make sure to include the:
First and Last Name of the Purchaser
Reason for Return
Order Number (This can be found in your original order confirmation email!)
What item(s) are being returned
4) Next, place your order number on the outside of your return package. This step is important! We can't accept any returns without an order number on the package.
5) Finally, please send your return to us using a trackable mailing method (such as UPS, FedEx, Australian post, etc.). Please note that we are not responsible for goods that get lost in transit if a trackable method is not used! Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, then your refund (if applicable) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please be aware that payments can take up to 7 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will get back to you ASAP with return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Canceling an Order:
You can cancel your order if it was placed within 24 Hours to receive a full refund minus a 20% cancellation fee, no questions asked. Anything over 24 hours will require a 30% restocking fee that will be deducted from your refund. Once your order has shipped, we can no longer cancel your order.
Invalid Reasons: Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at CuddlyKiddie™. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Will shipping be covered for my returns?
All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.
