Shipping

When will my order ship?

After your payment is verified, it takes up to 48 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 1 pm CST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 1 pm PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

How do you ship?

We ship directly from suppliers to bring you the most competitive pricing. After processing your order, it is then sent to the proper fulfillment center based on the specific product and your location. Once your package arrives in your country, it will be handled by your country's postal service. If the local post is unable to deliver the order to your address for any reason, please kindly contact your local post and schedule a time to pick up the package from them.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Standard shipping typically takes 14-20 business days (excluding weekends). If your order is not delivered by the estimated delivery time, please contact our friendly customer service for assistance!

How do i receive a multiple item order?

In most cases, you will receive each item in separate packages.  Sometimes one package will arrive slightly before or after the other, depending on the shipping method used. CuddlyKiddie Inc itself does not have access to your card details and your payment which is processed through Shopify is later remitted to ourselves.Alternatively, you can make payment through our additional payment provider Paypal.

Tracking

How can i track my order?

Our global suppliers do not always provide tracking numbers, but we do offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee if there is a problem with your order. If tracking is available for your items, we will send you the tracking codes when available to the email that you provided when placing your orders. This email will also guide you on how to track your package, or you can click the "track your order" link at the top menu of our website and manually input your tracking number. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive that email.

Returns/Refunds

What is your Return/Refund policy?

You may return new, unused items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  We will also replace damaged or broken items free of charge within 30 days of delivery.  Please email us at info@cuddlykiddie.com with your order number immediately if your item is damaged or defective, providing pictures if possible, and our customer service will respond with details regarding your return or refund.

When can i expect my refund?

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How to place an order?

Visit our store, choose products that you love, then click "Add To Cart" and after you review the order, click "Proceed to Checkout" to fill in your shipping and payment info. If you have a coupon code, you can apply it on the checkout page or payment page.

How can i modify my order?

Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not been fulfilled yet. If you want to change anything in your order, please contact us immediately with the specific changes you would like to make.

Does 3DKrafty plastic emit harmful fumes?

3DKrafty plastics have been tested for heavy metals, and have undergone full toxicological risk assessments, passing each and every test. Some users notice a slight "plastic" smell when using ABS. No matter what material you're using, and whether you're using a 3DKrafty Pen or a traditional 3D printer, we recommend working in a ventilated area.

I want to use a 3d printing wheel filament to use it continuously but will it rotate the filament as i feed it?

The pen will take the filament on its own. As long as you are pressing the button, it will take the filament. Once you let go of the button, the feed will stop. You don't need to force the pen.
